Common access and capture issues

Note the device, operating system, project, and the exact action where the issue occurred. Do not share one-time verification codes with support.

Missing actions commonly indicate a project permission restriction. Only a project administrator can change project access or invite you to a project.

  1. Confirm that you are signed in with the expected account.
  2. Return to Projects & workspaces and reopen the project.
  3. Check whether the required action is visible in the relevant tab.
  4. Retry once after checking your connection; record the result if it still fails.

You either regain access to the project action or have the details needed for a useful support request.

If a project is missing, ask its administrator to confirm your invitation. If an action is unavailable, ask them to review its specific project permission. If an Android media picker returns without your draft, reopen the composer and capture the device, picker, and action used when reporting it. For help that still needs a fresh Android capture, the documentation manifest deliberately marks that evidence as not current.
