Account & Data Deletion

To delete your Inbuildr account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Open the Inbuildr app
2. Click the settings icon on the home page
3. Navigate to your Profile
4. Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button
5. Confirm your decision to delete your account

What happens when you delete your account:

Data that will be deleted:

• Your account profile and credentials
• Your saved preferences and settings
• Your activity history and usage data
• Any content you've created or uploaded

Data that will be retained:

• Aggregated analytics data that doesn't identify you personally
• Records retained as per legal requirement
• Payment transaction records made to Inbuildr as required by tax laws

Account deletion process typically completes within 48 hours. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you have any questions about account deletion, please contact us at nelson@saharasoftsolutions.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you actively use the Application to provide you with the best possible user experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law, such as transaction records and payment history related to your subscriptions and use of the Application. This includes records of payments made for premium features, enterprise subscriptions, and any other financial transactions associated with your account.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
