By accessing or using the Inbuildr application ("Service"), a construction management platform designed for construction industry professionals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Service Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your construction project management purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Service Features

The Service includes access to construction management tools including but not limited to:

• Project creation and management
• Work progress tracking
• GPS mapping
• Weather forecasting
• Document sharing
• Report generation
• Task management
• Expense tracking
• Team communication

User Accounts

Account access is available to construction industry professionals. To create an account, users must provide:

• Basic user information
• Company details
• Professional role specification

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Using the Service only for legitimate construction project purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

Payment Terms

Enterprise subscriptions are managed through direct agreements with construction companies.

Enterprise Subscriptions

Enterprise subscription terms are determined based on:

• Company size
• Project capacity
• Workload requirements

Subscription agreements will govern enterprise access and will supplement these Terms. All payments are:

• Non-refundable unless required by law
• Due according to the agreed payment schedule
• Subject to applicable taxes

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these Terms.

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may request your data within 30 days
• We may retain data as required by law

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
